Refund and Returns Policy
Frostcooll is dedicated to providing you with the finest luxury watches, and we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your watch, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the item. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department at info@frostcooll.com or call (910) 588-4787.

All returns must be in brand-new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and documentation intact. Watches that have been worn or show signs of damage will not be accepted for return. Once your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your watch. We will arrange for a free replacement or repair. If we are unable to offer a replacement, we will provide a full refund.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Please be aware that international returns may incur additional shipping fees.
